Returns Policy

1. Please ensure to reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a refund or exchange.
2. All returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging with tags, accessories, manuals, and any additional items included in the original purchase, and must be unused.
3. Our designated couriers will facilitate the collection of the product for return. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, any eligible refund will be processed.
4. For refunds, the amount paid for the returned product will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item. To proceed with an exchange, kindly return the original product to us and place a new order for the desired item.
